We’ve partnered with our client, a multinational Financial Services organization, in their search for a Technical Writer.

 

Job Type:                           Contract             

Contract Duration:          12 months

Location:                            Remote

 

General Description:  This temporary position is responsible for planning, researching, editing, and writing complex internal and external security and infrastructure level technical documentation/specifications for new or existing systems support requirements, manuals, and other materials to communicate technical data, business requirements, internal training curricula, and other technical information clearly and effectively to a wide range of internal and external audiences in support of all IT services. Responsibilities also include developing and improving security and infrastructure technical documentation standards and processes. This position will work with internal teams to create security and infrastructure technical documentation.   

The right candidate must be comfortable building security and infrastructure documentation and diagrams including but not limited to Security rules and regulatory compliance requirements, Business and IT Process Flows, Application Portfolio, Data Repositories, Data Architecture, Flows and Models, Support Documentation, RPOs and RTOs, etc.
