Customer Service Representative

Busy AC Company in search of a Part Time Weekend Customer Service Representative to help customers book calls and dispatch AC Service Technicians.

Hours are 8am-3 : 30pm*

There are opportunities to work more if desired. We can discuss this in our Interview if you are interested.

Duties Include :

  • Going through the Nightly On Call Report
  • Scheduling AC Jobs with Customers
  • Dispatching Technicians
  • Communicating with Customers and Techs
  • Updating Data, Data Entry, some research as needed

The right candidate would be comfortable with communicating with customers and Technicians over the phone and by Chat. They would be organized, detail oriented, friendly and empathetic.
