Now Hiring HVAC Job Checker/ Punch Out Repair Mechanic for Pasco and Hillsborough Counties
Tasks include:
Walking Jobs to make sure they are ready for inspection
Punch Out Jobs as needed for Inspection
Making Repairs as needed
Meeting with Builder Supers
Completing reports/ taking pics as needed
Meeting homeowners on warranty issues and assisting in resolving warranty issues.
The right candidate will have Residential HVAC experience, own some tools, and have a clean DL. They will be solid communicators who are approachable and personable. They will have a good eye for detail and are organized, ready to work and reliable. Interested candidates should apply immediately.
