Associate General Counsel - Litigation

As the associate general counsel – litigation in Progressive’s Corporate Law Department you’ll manage a nimble and highly-regarded litigation team focused on Progressive’s complex commercial litigation, including consumer class actions, business disputes and complex pre-litigation matters. You’ll partner with senior leaders in Progressive’s Law Department and its various business units to set litigation strategy, coordinate outside counsel and other legal services providers, and protect Progressive’s business interests. This is a visible role in a highly regarded function with daily opportunities to be a strategic, hands-on legal partner to Progressive’s business leaders and operations.
