Commercial Claims Specialist

If you have strong problem solving and negotiation skills, you may be a fit for our Commercial Lines Claims team as a claims adjuster. On our team, you’ll manage claims from customers with small businesses or commercial product policies. Supporting customer needs, you’ll make coverage decisions that determine the extent of Progressive’s liability. You’ll gather details through interviews and investigations. In-depth training along with ongoing coaching will be provided. We have four areas of responsibility which you may help with. You’ll take on one of the below as your primary role: - Heavy Equipment Claims: Adjust claims on heavy equipment vehicles such as semi-trucks, cement mixers, and construction vehicles - Injury Claims: Adjust unrepresented/represented bodily injury claims - Rideshare Claims: Adjust claims with companies supporting rideshare services, and customers using those services - Fire and Theft Claims: Adjust fire and theft property claims This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
