Lead Software Developer

As a software developer lead on our IT Commercial Lines (ITCL) team, you’ll be part of our Strategic Planning and Architecture team partnering, mentoring, and collaborating with our business partners, developers, architects, and enterprise teams to innovate, advance, and promote our ITCL technologies and architecture. In this role, you’ll work leverage your development skills to experiment, learn and build our cloud, on-premise and vendor strategies. You’ll coach and mentor the organization to adopt new and advancing architecture and partner with our architects to build strategies. As a part of the role, you’ll provide exceptional technical design and thought leadership and will lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge within our ITCL community. This is a remote position for US based work only.
