Are you passionate about helping people and getting patients the answers they need? We are looking for a licensed clinical social worker to join our Patient Care Advocate Team. You should be a proactive person, with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Gain new knowledge about a growing industry while using your customer relations and patient care experience. The patient is at the center of everything we do - you are the front line!
Patient Care Advocates exist within two paths, our Welcome Specialist, and our Match team. Welcome Specialist are our member's first impression of Progyny and offer support and resources to those starting their journey. Each of our members is then paired with a person on our Match team to support their continued journey.
The two paths within the role work alongside each other daily to deliver a thoughtful, empathetic, and stellar member experience!
What you'll be doing...
- Own the Progyny member relationship for specific clients
- Ongoing concierge service for your members
- Educating on available services
- Providing information on fertility treatment and centers
- Serving as a liaison between members and clinics
- Maintaining member satisfaction by answering member's questions via call or email
- Scheduling appointments
About you...
- You must be a licensed clinical social worker based in one of the following:
- Alaska
- California
- Hawaii
- Iowa
- Massachusetts
- Montana
- Oregon
- South Dakota
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - ability to communicate accurately and concisely
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Knowledge of fertility industry and patient procedures required
- Highly organized, quick learner, with ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Action oriented and motivated by results
- Full of energy when faced with challenges
- Able to make and implement tough decisions
- Flexible and adaptable
- Hard working
- Empathetic and genuine

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $65,000 - $75,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
