Analyze requirements for new features
Understand gaps for existing features.
Coordinate with business and IT teams
Requirement definition and UAT test case preparation, coordination
Analysis of issues to determine RCA
Coordinate with tool vendor for development.
Check feasibility of enhancements
Monthly metric reporting and communication.
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on support and development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
Mentoring the junior team members and getting the work assigned and delivered by them
A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per hour
