Job Description

Role – Production Support Engineer

Skill set – ServiceNow, SQL, AWS and added advantage of Python, Snowflake etc.Tools – Dynatrace, AppD, Splunk etc.Job Description: • Production support resolving incident tickets on a daily basis.• Work with Vendors for upgrade, issues, root cause analysis.• Process Automation and scripting activities• Creating new dashboards and alerts through monitoring tools• Deployment and support• Problem management for repetitive issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,595.59 - $119,179.64 per year
