We are looking for:
A new team member for our latest portfolio company that are single-handedly revolutionising the global customer service experience by connecting companies with a pool of over 25,000 accomplished support agents from all over the world.
What will keep you challenged?
- Leading and building your team of sales experts and ensuring their professional development
- Laying the foundation for the ventures growth ambitions by shaping the sales strategy for the German and international market
- Developing go-to-market strategies and continuously acquiring new customers of all sizes, from start-ups to DAX-listed companies
- Building sustainable partnerships and continuously identifying upselling opportunities
- Working KPI oriented and developing a transparent reporting along the entire sales funnel
- Working closely alongside the leadership team
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Several years of relevant experience in Sales or Business Development with a proven track record
- Leadership experience as well as drive to work hands-on
- Strong business understanding, good communication style combined with analytical skillset
- Fluent in German and English
