POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for working with Front of House team to create a safe environment while fostering a fun atmosphere for guests and employees.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Encourage a hospitality culture within all sites.
• Checking guest identification and determining all fake identification.
• De-escalate situations in a non-confrontational manner before they begin.
• Liaison between bar staff and management.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Enforcing rules in an approachable professional manner.
• Investigate incidents and report to supervisor or manager on duty.
• Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 or more years of previous security service.
• A desire to create a hospitality culture within the site.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have the ability to solve problems and de-escalate situations in a non-confrontational manner.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have excellent organization skills.
• Must have availability on nights and weekends.
