Supervisor: Director of Development Operations
Salary Range: $50,000-$55.000
The Role: The Development Operations Database Coordinator supports the operation of Project Bread’s Development Office to maintain and improve the Raiser’s Edge NXT donor database. The Coordinator’s primary responsibilities include data entry and proper gift acknowledgment, ensuring database integrity, maintaining efficient database operations, and most important, ensuring that the database is an effective fundraising tool for the development department.

All employees are currently working a hybrid remote and in-office model and are expected to spend at least one day in office per week. The Development Operations Database Coordinator will need to be present in the East Boston office on a regular basis.
