Project Done is now hiring an experienced Bookkeeping Assistant.
We are a family owned company looking to hire the right person who fits with our current team.
Must be a detail oriented, self starter who can work well in a fast paced private office environment in Buena Park CA as part of a team and on your own.
Must know QuickBooks software, Excel Software and PDF formatting.
Duties will include monthly bank statement reconciliation, AP, AR, invoicing, payroll, and reviewing financial statements and investment statements for multiple clients.
As well as admin duties such as filing, scanning, organizing.

This is a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday part time position to start at 12 hours per week to grow to 20 hours per week after a trial period.
