We seek compassionate individuals who wish to make a difference in the lives of teens by providing behavioral guidance, care,  and supervision during the night hours.   Perfect job for the college student.

Project Patch is a non-profit Christian-based residential treatment center for adolescents aged 12-17. Children attend our program because they are starting to make unhealthy decisions and community-based interventions have not been successful. Our program is licensed by the State of Idaho as a Child Residential Treatment program for up to 40 clients and has nearly 40 staff. Project Patch is also accredited by The Joint Commission and COGNIA providing an accredited Middle and High School education for teens in our program.

Our facility sits in the beautiful mountains of Idaho, just one hour from Boise. The campus is centered in an outdoor lover's paradise with abundant wildlife and activities to enjoy. Very affordable housing is available on-site. Overtime required. Full employee health benefits are offered with only a $15 employee monthly share. Paid time off and sick time are also offered. Eligible for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program. Coffee and meals are provided in our cafeteria.  

Educational Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

Age and Experience Requirements

• 21 years of age.
• Experience in working with youth is preferred.
