The Person (YOU)

• In this position, you will be accountable and responsible for fulfilling basic maintenance services for our residential and commercial maintenance contracts, including but not limited to, installation of Home Amenities or Décor, Light Fixture or Ceiling Fan installation, Cabinet Hardware Installation, Lightbulb Replacement, Rescreening Windows, Minor Drywall Repairs,
• You will be responsible for helping our Company massively improve efficiency with service fulfillment resulting in consistent customer satisfaction

The Role

Your role will include fulfilling basic maintenance services with integrity and honesty always. You are someone with 2 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial Maintenance or related industries. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal and engagement skills.

Responsibilities:

• Product pickup and delivery
• Jobsite preparation and cleanup
• Vehicle Maintenance and equipment maintenance
• Ability to perform basic home and office maintenance and repairs
• Communication throughout the day with office in regards to schedule and work flow
• Help us grow by gaining and retaining new commercial accounts well in the field
• run our maintenance schedule and build relationships with our monthly accounts

Requirements:

• High School graduate
• Clean background check
• Clean work appearance well groomed and able to present yourself well

Valid driver's license own transportation

• Ability to lift heavy loads and use ladders
• willingness and desire to help us grow are brand with potential to grow with us

Job Type: Part time 25 hours per week

Compensation: $16 Hourly

Location: St George Utah

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift

• Morning shift
