To provide empirically driven treatment to adults with severe and chronic substance use disorders and to provide prevention services that are designed to ameliorate risk factors and enhance resiliency factors in adults, youth and children. We use an integrated approach to treatment and prevention services that addresses all of the biopsychosocial aspects of addiction in order to strengthen the quality of personal, family and community life.

Scheduling:
- FT Mon-Fri shifts 5:45am - 1:45pm (some flexibility for Social Work and Nursing students)
- A weekend/holiday rotation 1-2x per month for just 3 hrs
Position Responsibilities:
- Excellent Attendance is a MUST
- Intake and other assessments
- Building rapport/communicating with patients in milieu
- Maintaining client records appropriately to ensure all paperwork is completed as required
- Treatment, goal and discharge planning
- Coordinating with partnered agencies to assist patients in continued care
- Attending staff meetings and individual/group supervision
- Rotating through facility roles i.e. Door Monitor, Public Safety, Support
- Abiding by all HIPAA laws
- Other duties as assigned by program supervisors
Qualifications Required:
- High school degree
- Active UT CPSS
- 1yr experience working as a Certified Peer Support Specialist
- 1yr experience in Behavioral Health or Medical facility
- 1yr experience working with vulnerable populations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of professionalism and collaboration
- Willingness to learn best practices of care
- Interest in working with vulnerable populations
- Basic Microsoft Office/Excel skills required. G-Suite a plus
- Project Reality is a Drug Free Workplace
- Must pass a drug screening test
- If in recovery, must have at least 2 years of continuous sobriety
- Ability to pass/maintain a BCI Clearance Check
- Employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster) and flu annually
- College degree in Social Services, Psychology or related field is a PLUS

Salary dependent on licensure and experience

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
