Title: Accounting Clerk

Supervisor: Finance Director


Summary Job Description: Member of the finance team that will ensure accurate processing and recording of company's programs accounts payable, and member rent or other member transactions. This position will impact a rapidly growing organization and offers career development opportunities for the right candidate.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Execute transactions for program operations
  • Manage workflow to ensure all program and member transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Setup transactional input for new vendors and members
  • Maintain accounts payable and member files that support transactions
  • Manage and respond to all vendor and member related requests
  • Accounts payable duties assigned
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High School Di ploma /GED, some college preferred.
  • 2 years working with accounts payable and/or bank transaction.
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong computer and business solutions software skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential matters.
