About the Role: 

We are building a world-class Creative Team at p44. Are you passionate about increasing conversion, adoption, and loyalty via intuitive, innovative, and brilliantly designed print and digital collateral? Join our team! We are looking for a solid and passionate designer who will enjoy designing marketing collateral ranging from events, presentations, slide decks, social media and marketing campaigns. 
 
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver a wide array of materials to support marketing and sales teams. The right individual will be a highly collaborative team player, have experience working in fast paced environments and a proven ability to design a wide range of creative assets. 

 What you'll be doing: 

You will be responsible for bringing designs to life that align with our marketing strategies and business goals. You will work independently and collaboratively with designers, content partners, marketers, and stakeholders to produce creative deliverables. 

This position will report to the Senior Creative Director and will be an integral member of a growing team and department at P44. 

Within the context of a team, this means you will: 

• Create digital assets including slide decks, email campaigns, banner ads, social images. 
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, meet deadlines and be flexible/comfortable with change 

 What you'll need: 

This is an ideal position for someone 3-5 years of graphic design experience  

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator). Proficiency with Figma. Motion design, storyboarding, and animation a plus!
