Responsibilities
- Manages day to day credit, Accounts Recievable, and collections through a growing team
- Global Enterprise account collections efforts and activities, directed at key customers/verticals
- Deigns strategic and tactical initiatives to improve collections and resolutions efforts
- Works directly with key company personnel to resolve large customer issues and delays
- Supports the Customer / Go-to-Market teams with needed information for performance analysis and results follow-up
- Demonstrated leadership and experience with goal setting and achievement
- Drives improvements in processes or policies, identifies issues and assist others as necessary resolving issues related to the collections process and key performance indicators such as DSO and other KPIs.
Critical Job Requirements
- 5-10 relevant experience with billing, revenue and collections activities and close
- Bachelors Degree
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast paced environment with the ability to work extended hours as needed
- Ability to work with senior level and C-suite executives on credit and collection issues
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities
- Ability to work independently, manage, and prioritize various responsibilities
- Strong systems skills, comfort with new systems (Netsuite, Zuora, Microsoft suite of applications)
