We are actively seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide in-office support directly reporting to the executives and owners. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fence Specialist/Estimator to join our growing team at PROJO Fences. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our company's success by providing expert guidance to clients, assessing project requirements, and delivering accurate estimates for fence installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site visits and consultations with clients to understand their fencing needs and preferences.
  • Evaluate properties to determine suitable fencing solutions, considering factors such as property lines, ground, and client specifications and needs.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on fence styles, materials, and designs based on client and HOA requirements.
  • Develop bids for construction projects.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and Project Manager to ensure seamless project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations related to fencing installations and permits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 2 years in the construction industry, with a specific focus on estimating. Fencing experience would be considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to conduct on-site visits.
  • Possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor, with a helpful attitude and the ability to understand clients' needs.

Experience and Education:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required, and possessing a bachelor's degree will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years showcasing a strong foundation in sales and estimating, with a preference for those with fencing experience.
  • Proficient in reading property surveys and plans, preparing preliminary drawings and layouts using software.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, as well as project management tools.
  • Prior sales experience is an asset and a plus for individuals looking to advance their careers within the organization.
  • Relevant references will be considered a valuable asset in the selection process.
