JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Analyst has the primary responsibility for all development and administration of the company operating system, including administration of QuickBase. The Operations Analyst will work with the COO for the development of the DIR Operating System and will be responsible for the maintenance, creation, and monthly updates of Branch, Company, and Department Dashboards for ROC, etc. The Operations Analyst will also roll forward and prepare Branch/Regional Director Dashboards for the New Year.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Information Technology Project Manager
- Project Manage ProLift IT Projects that have Branch impact.
- Includes testing the product and working with developer to be ahead of issues that would have Branch impact.
- Lead the Stage gate Process, facilitating for the ELT to make decisions on next steps in IT.

Quarterly Analysis of the Financial and Operational results with the CFO, focused on below points. Report presented by the CFO to the ELT
- Actionable Areas for Improvement (P&L)
- Reduction of Subcontract costs
- Equipment Evaluation & Utilization
- Strategic Growth vs. Plan
- Key Account Penetration Traction

Real Estate Analysis
- Assist Ops and CFO in analysis of Real Estate Properties.
- Research alternative and creative options for purchase.
- Hunt for White Elephants in the identified Regions.
- Assist CEO, CFO, and COO in preparation for BoD meetings and Quarterly Leadership Meetings.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
