Title: AI/ML Architect
Location: Plano, TX or Reston, VA (Hybrid onsite, once every 2 weeks)
Duration: 3 Months (with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:
Thought Leadership: Accelerate the thought process and drive the realization of GenAI architecture. Take ownership and be accountable for delivering innovative solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Command Center to opinionate on GenAI technology and its implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of AI/ML architecture, ensuring it aligns with existing architectural landscape and long-term strategy.
Vendor Interaction: Engage with technology vendors to solve business problems, conduct market and architectural research, and make top recommendations for the organization.
Proof of Concepts (POC): Conduct POCs to validate vendor solutions and ensure they meet organizational needs.
Stakeholder Management: Convince, negotiate, and align stakeholders on technology choices, ensuring smooth onboarding of new technologies onto the client's platform.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the central AI/ML group.
Required Skills and Experience:
GenAI Expertise: Proven experience in GenAI architecture with the ability to lead and implement solutions independently.
Cloud Experience: Proficient in AWS; familiarity with Azure or GCP is also acceptable. Ability to translate cloud expertise across different platforms.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Python and other relevant programming languages.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization in vendor interactions and stakeholder meetings.
Documentation: Ability to convey complex technical concepts through clear and concise documentation.
Previous Experience: Prior experience in AI/ML architecture within large organizations is highly desirable.
