Duration: This is a contract opportunity for 12 months with a potential for extension or conversion to a direct hire.

Job Description:
· Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
· Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies data and information from multiple sources.
· Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance workflow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
· High School and 2 years additional education and/or experience.
special Requirements:
· Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Accuracy of data entry, folder creation, scanning, etc
· Document preparation, file folder creation, copying, scanning, printing, data entry, inter-office mail.
