A Solar Panel Company is Hiring operators in the York Area Shift available:
1st shift 7:00am- 3:30pm Monday - Friday
2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00am Monday - Friday
3rd shift 9:00pm-530am Sunday - Thursday
(OT as needed) $19.50/hr.
General Job Duties:
- Operate a Cherry Picker and or Reach truck for order fulfillment at high level racking
- Operate PIT equipment to transport pallets of inventory to correct warehouse locations
- Use RF equipment for order fulfillment
- Use pallet/hand jack to process low-level inventory picks & transport pallets
- Sit/stand/walk/bend/reach as needed for an 8-hour shift and/or a 10-hour shift
- Perform lifting tasks as needed for an 8-hour shift and/or a 10-hour shift
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3 months previous experience operating a Forklift or Powered Industrial Truck (preferably Cherry Picker) is preferred
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Must have RF equipment experience
- Must have command of English language to complete required paperwork/checklist
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive team player attitude
- Able to use pallet/hand jack to process low-level inventory picks & transport pallets

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months recent experience in stand up reach
- Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Attention to details
- Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse
