Prologue is partnering with an award-winning fundraising platform to find a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development. This role is crucial to leading and expanding our client’s data brokerage and list management operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data-driven marketing, direct mail fundraising, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Lead and manage the data brokerage and list management teams, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and revenue in data brokerage services.
- Identify and forge new partnerships with key industry players to enhance the company’s data offering and reach.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to continuously refine and improve the data products and services offered.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in business development, with a focus on data brokerage, list management, or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Preference from background in Direct Mail/Fundraising(!)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $75,000 with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $150,000.
