Promac Group are distributors for some of the world leaders in the design and manufacture of Screening, Crushing, Hydraulic Breakers, Conveying, Shredding, Mixing and Recycling Equipment for the quarry, mining, landfill and waste management industries, processing aggregate, coal, rubble, container and municipal waste, compost, topsoil and sand.
We are currently seeking an Administrative Product Support Team Specialist to provide administrative and parts departments support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Job Responsibilities include:
· Provide coverage on a busy multiline phone system
· Provide support to customers and visitors either in person or on the phone
· Provide support to Parts Manager
· Work with manufactures to procure parts
· Help with inventory stock levels
· Data entry
· Maintain an organized clean office environment
· Supports office staff as needed
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Microsoft knowledge is a plus
SAP B1 knowledge is a plus but not required
