Lofton Label is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Coordinator. The Shipping Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely shipment of products to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
Are you excited about this work?
- Coordinate the shipment of products according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with freight carriers to arrange pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Ensure accuracy of shipments by verifying product quantities, quality, and specifications.
- Maintain shipping records and documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the shipping department.

- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Experience with order picking and packing in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in basic math calculations for verifying quantities and weights
- Familiarity with operating a forklift
- Extended periods of standing, walking (90% of the time).
- Ability to move up to 40LB boxes.
