We are currently looking for an outgoing, driven, and consumer-centric individual to join our Customer Service Associate team. Our Customer Service Associate role is an entry-level position, meaning we will develop and train you from the ground up. Ideally, we are searching for someone to ultimately be responsible for managing the customer service department in the long run. What Will a Customer Service Associate Do?
- Receive personalized, hands-on, and classroom-style training from management and leadership teams to be able to understand the fundamentals of the Customer Service Associate role
- Meet directly in person with specified consumers of our clients and making sure to maintain the utmost professionalism and follow all client compliance guidelines
- The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for answering all consumer inquiries, informing them of sales promotions, recommending appropriate products and services that may fit the consumer’s needs and wants
- Work daily with our team and contribute ideas on how to better our marketing, sales, and customer service campaigns
- Update all consumer records according to each interaction and send this information to the sales management team as well as our clients
- Master self-management skills such as time management and hone in on setting goals, both personal and professional
- Participate in daily and weekly team sales meetings to always be up to date on the sales goals of the company as well as our clients
Requirements of a Customer Service Associate:
- Must be a people-oriented person to work effectively with consumers and foster long-lasting relationships
- Possess a team-oriented attitude but also must be able to work independently as well
- Confident interacting hands-on with customers and closing sales as needed
- Reliable, timely, and professional
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or other consumer-centric positions
