Job Description
Job Title: Mainframe Security Engineer Location: 100% Remote Only W2
Required
- Experience with mainframe security software ESM configuration/internals (IBM-RACF (Resource Access Control Facility) and CA
-TSS (Top Secret Security))
- Strong understanding of encryption (technology solutions, protocols, best practices, etc.) and security concepts specific to mainframe
- Experience with implementing digital certificates and entire certificate lifecycle
- Experience with z/OS Encryption APIs and usage/configuration of Crypto cards
- Ability to work with developers to leverage APIs
- Experience with database technology (such as: Sybase, DB2 (preferred), SQL)
- Ability to program in at least one command
- Mainframe batch and reporting language (such as: CARLA, REXX, CLIST, SAS)
Desired:
- Prior experience as Mainframe Systems Programmer or Mainframe Network Engineer
- Experience with Pervasive Encryption
