About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemist to join our team and help lead the manufacturing, design, and optimization of our biosensors. This role is crucial in ensuring the development of high-quality, reliable products. As a Chemist, you will be responsible for working in our lab, applying your strong background in chemistry to create and optimize solutions, and managing the fabrication process of our biosensors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the fabrication of PRONOVA’s biosensors, ensuring high quality and reliability.
- Optimize the antibody and enzyme chemical processes involved in biosensor development, from solution preparation to application.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized lab environment.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to improve biosensor performance.
- Conduct experiments to test and validate biosensor functionality and performance.
- Analyze experimental data and present findings to the executive team.
- Manage lab inventory and procurement of chemicals and materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in biosensor technology and apply them to PRONOVA’s products.

- Experience with developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- History of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve research and development goals.
- Proven track record of conducting experiments and validating product performance.
- Experience in preparing and presenting technical reports and updates to executive teams.
- Familiarity with the latest advancements in biosensor technology and applications.
Preferred but not required:
- You own a cat or dog and have a passion for pet health and wellness.
- Prior startup experience, particularly in a lab tech or biosensor development role, is highly desirable.
- Experience in the pet care, biotech, or healthcare industry is a plus.
