Parts Facilitator and Procurement Specialist

Propak Energy Services is looking for a Warehouse Facilitator/Procurement Specialist in our warehouse operations and activities at our Williston ND Location. The Warehouse Facilitator/Procurement Specialist is responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory control, and warehouse cleanliness. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The right candidate will possess the ability to quickly develop the necessary product and industry knowledge to serve all of our customers with a professional attitude and demeanor. This is a full-time position. PESUL offers a full benefit package with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Learn Visual Mfg Software System to create and process purchase orders and customer orders.
• Be or become familiar with all major manufactures’ ordering systems related to Natural Gas Compression Equipment and place orders within those systems.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory and report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Take branch phone calls and communicate with customers and other Propak Personnel to procure job related materials in a timely manner. Emergency call out coverage may also be required on occasion.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

Skills

• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Current forklift operating certification
• Valid US Driver’s license in good standing
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
