Claims Prevention Program Manager
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000; Commensurate with Experience, plus Incentive Bonus Potential

As Claims Prevention Program Manager, you will:Collaborate with parking/vehicle management and workers' compensation teams to develop and implement preventive measures to reduce claims frequency and severity.
- Identify poor performing locations regarding workplace safety and Workers Compensation claims. Develop site specific action plans for location improvement.
- Identify poor performing locations regarding vehicle claims. Develop site specific action plans for location improvement.
- Identify poor performing locations regarding shuttle claims and safety. Develop site specific action plans for location improvement.
- Conduct thorough assessments of parking facilities to identify potential hazards, safety risks, and compliance issues.
- Create & lead regional safety committees.
- Analyze historical claims data and trends to identify patterns and areas of concern, then formulate action plans to address these concerns.
- Provide remote training and guidance to on-site teams to promote safety awareness, risk mitigation, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of parking and workers' compensation regulations, laws, and industry best practices to ensure adherence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all claims prevention strategies align with current regulations and contractual obligations.
- Participate in virtual meetings and conferences to share insights, strategies, and updates related to claims prevention techniques.
- Generate and present reports on claims prevention activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior management and clients as needed.
- Monitor and analyze changes in industry trends, regulations, and technologies to continuously evolve and enhance our claims prevention strategies.
Ideal Experience, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims prevention, risk management, or related roles, preferably in parking management and workers' compensation.
- In-depth knowledge of parking facility operations, safety protocols, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
