H.O.A. Property Management firm seeks a community inspector who will be responsible for inspecting community properties in Houston and surrounding areas. The community inspector performs driven inspections of all areas in communities to ensure the Governing documents are being complied with.
As an inspector, you are responsible for communicating and monitoring infractions of the deed restrictions. Inspectors must have excellent organizational and observational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and must be comfortable with using tablet software.
The following job description outlines an overview of the responsibilities of the position:
- Inspector will work inside and outside of the office.
- Drive throughout the community and inspect the property and common areas. (Inspecting the common areas may include exiting the vehicle.)
- Investigate any complaints
- Note and record all new violations and update the status of existing violations.
- Update violations via a tablet.
- Monitor and document new constructions.
- Ensure that all homes are in compliance with the Architectural Guidelines.
- Communicate with the manager, administrator, and board of directors.
- Must be comfortable spending a large amount of time driving and remaining sedimentary.

Job Type: Contract Position. Term of 1 year with the possibility of renewal.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
