Role and Responsibilities :

• Cleaning of common areas, restrooms, windows, walls, flooring, and hard & soft surfaces throughout the property.
• Cleaning as part of the turnover of apartments.
• May perform grounds trash removal as needed.
• Ability to safely and effectively operate and use various cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ability to safely and effectively work with appropriate cleaning products in accordance with all related guidelines.
• Customer service skills.
• Team Mentality.
• Working cell phone.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma / GED.
