Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community, including maintenance, and owner/resident relations.
- Utilize Vantaca or similar property management software to track and manage owner/resident information, , and maintenance requests.
- Provide excellent customer service to current owners/residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct property tours.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
- Oversee property maintenance activities, coordinating repairs and ensuring timely completion.
- Foster positive relationships with residents through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
Skills:
- Proficiency in or similar property management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices and ability to coordinate repairs.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
