What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Property Management Services?
We are seeking individuals with a background in repair work to fulfill the role of Maintenance for housing units.
Experience fixing houshold problems would be helpful and a good foundation to build on with training.
This job entails any kind of work needed to maintain a house including roofing, electrical, plumbing, painting, cleaning out empty units, and other miscellaneous tasks.
As these tasks are performed all around Henderson at different rental units a gas check is also provided each month.
A successful candidate for this position will be appreciated for their ability to troubleshoot and fix a wide variety of complex technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Use tools to repair and maintain equipment.
- Work with clients and colleagues to fix mechanical problems.
- Finishing work orders in a timely manner.
- Setting up appointments with tenants to perform repairs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
