Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance operations. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of property maintenance, and the ability to effectively prioratize work.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the work

- Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs

- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs

- Oversee the ordering and inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment

- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and techniques

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on key performance indicators

Experience:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in maintenance management

- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, including mechanical, electrical, and facilities management

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
