Leasing:
· Greet and qualify all prospects
· Record all telephone and in-person visits
· Update and maintain guest cards in Yardi
· Follow up with prospects
· Inspect all model and "market ready" homes; notify manager/maintenance if service is needed.
· Have prospect complete application and secure deposit in accordance with company policy and Fair Housing Requirements
· Process Applications for Approval, Notifying applicants when results are determined.
· Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move in on agreed date by physically walking the unit on the day of move in.
· Prepare new resident Lease Packet and secure new resident's signature on appropriate paperwork
· Update all paid and unpaid advertisements on a daily basis with specials and availability.
· Update and maintain a market survey on 3-4 of our top competitors on a monthly basis.
Administrative:
· Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits. Listen to residents' requests and concerns and write a detailed narrative to the team summarizing the conversation, so the appropriate person can take action.
· Quickly complete maintenance Service Requests and inform the maintenance team
· Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completes requests on a weekly basis.
· Accept Rental Payments and give immediately to Property Manager
· Maintain Resident Files and make sure that all contact information and conversations are updated in Yardi.
· Assist with the Renewal Process
· Assist with various other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
· At least one year multifamily experience
· At least one year sales experience
· At least one year administrative experience Behavior Requirements:
· Position requires a positive team-oriented worker with a flexible working attitude
· Must have good time management skills
· Must have a professional and well-groomed appearance
· Requires good personable phone and organizational skills
· Punctual Attendance

Education / Certification Requirements:
College degree preferred or equivalent certified course work.
