The property manager will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction, and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee a significant new real estate asset.

Compensation:

$35,000 - $45,000 Bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
  • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers
  • Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
  • Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
  • Maintain vendor relationships, implement budgets and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth operation of the property
Qualifications:
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
