Property Area Manager

We are currently looking for an Area Property Manager to oversee 120 doors in the Downtown Area of Redding. This individual would be accountable for all Property Manager deliverables including, but not limited to leasing, collections, maintenance, and administration management.

Responsibilities include:

• Lease out all available residential and commercial units.
• Work with the Operations Team to identify ways to produce the highest rate of return with each property and execute the necessary plans.
• Maintain an excellent level of customer service under pressure.
• Manage daily maintenance requirements while always effectively managing costs.
• Compose routine correspondence to clients, customers and vendors.
• Greet staff, vendors, clients, and tenants in a professional and motivational manner.
• Manage collections of rents effectively and rigorously.

Qualifications:

• Having an active CA Real Estate License is a huge plus.
• Able to work efficiently and self-motivate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
