**Job description:
**Field Service Manager - serves as the primary contact for Property Worx's maintenance production team. Building and sustaining long-term relationships, focusing on both employee retention and ancillary sales, while providing oversight for field operations. The Field Service Manager - supervises the production crews and also directly manages the field operations for their book of business.
**What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain a schedule to perform “site walkthroughs” during formal meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
- Lead and facilitate or assist in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
- Proactively present site enhancement ideas to existing customers.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services.
- Ensure a safe environment for employees, customers and the general public.
- Generate referrals from existing client base and communicate to Business Developer.
- Works hand in hand with account managers on a daily basis to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Supervise the production crews in conduct of field operations.
- Communicate regularly with the production crews to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage service delivery to specified scope of work.
- Ensure branch financial goals met by maintaining acceptable gross margins for both base contract work and ancillary services.
- Assists in all company snow operations.
- Coordinate consistent and timely site visits with production crews.
- Participate in management meetings and assist in overall leadership of field crews.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure branch databases consistently updated with current client information.
- Ensure all sites are upheld to client/contract expectations. Works as needed to assist crews to accomplish this goal.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by General Manager.
**Skills we're seeking:
- 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
- 5 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace.
- Ability to coach and develop teams.
- Must be able to travel within assigned area(s).
- 2- or 4-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a service industry a plus.
**Job Type: Full-time
**Salary: Up to $60,000.00 per year
