About the Opportunity:

- A pioneer and one of the top companies in the healthcare industry located in Hingham, MA is currently looking for a Data Entry Accuracy Processor to join their growing team

- They have provided healthcare coverage to members who live, work and travel internationally

- You will be primarily accountable for validating and data entry of information for enrollment, credentialing, or update of provider information

- Note: this role is on-site in the Hingham, MA office so candidates will need to have daily access to a vehicle in order to get to the office (there is no nearby public transportation) 

Data Entry Accuracy Processor Responsibilities:

- Entering and validating data information received by provider organizations

- Reviews contracts, attestations, and other supporting documentation

- Periodically responds to both internal and external inquiries about operational activity

- Respond to priority requests and escalated provider issues

- Phone and/or email outreach to provider organizations when necessary

- Collaboration towards all departmental, divisional and corporate goals

Data Entry Accuracy Processor Qualifications:

- HS Diploma required, College degree preferred

- 1 years of experience with data entry using large databases

- Proven ability to navigate in multiple systems simultaneously

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs

- Any experience in the healthcare industry is a plus!

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
