Join our team as a key Diesel Mechanic and play an essential role in maintaining the reliability and performance of our diverse diesel vehicle and equipment fleet. With a focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines, you'll tackle everything from routine service tasks to complex troubleshooting. We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and a dedication to excellence in service.


Responsibilities: 

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines, transmissions, and various components.
  • Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
  • Perform detailed inspections to identify and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot and fixing electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow.
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines diligently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
  • Certification from a recognized vocational school or completion of an apprenticeship.
  • In-depth knowledge of diesel engine components and operational systems.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to meet job demands.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Salary: up to $35

Benefit: including a comprehensive benefits package which includes Health, Dental, Medical, Drug, AD&D, LTD, and Company paid Life Insurance.

Safety and boot allowance, 5 day PTO on January 1st, 2 weeks vacation received in addition to 5 days PTO

All expense paid training available.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 hour shift between 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8AM to 5PM
