About the Role:
Position: Irrigation Technician

We're seeking a proactive, self-motivated team player capable of engaging with customers and colleagues alike. The primary responsibilities include:

• Independent and team-based system repair and maintenance.
• Mastery of product knowledge.
• Collaboration with contractors.
• Expert troubleshooting skills.
• Installation of irrigation systems.
• Proficiency in operating specialized equipment.
• Direct customer interaction.
• Basic electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Digging, trenching, and manual labor.
• Clear and concise communication with office/managers.

Training Opportunities:
We provide Continuing Education Units (CEU) and Backflow Testing Certification programs for all technicians.

Requirements:
Candidates should be physically fit and able to perform various tasks, including lifting and operating equipment. Key requirements include:

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. with assistance.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including some Saturdays, and in all weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Preferably 1 or more years of experience and product knowledge, although training will be provided for the right applicant.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
