Growth Enablement Manager
Overview
The Growth Enablement Manager’s primary focus is to support sales growth and client success. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Account Team and will enable effective selling by identifying, developing, implementing and evaluating data, tools, and collateral to enable long-term, successful client engagements. The Growth Enablement Manager will act as the Account Team’s Salesforce.com “superuser,” utilizing the platform to ensure data maintenance and integrity, provide holistic account updates and support, and to continuously improve operational efficiency throughout the sales function. This position will work closely with the VP of US Growth to ensure sales processes are adequately supported. The Growth Enablement Manager will enjoy a combination of tactical as well as strategic responsibilities focused on enabling Prosci revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience.

- Provide SalesForce System Administration and act as functional SME.

- Provide administrative support for the US Growth Team.

Candidate Profile
Based on this role’s scope and responsibilities, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, attributes, and competencies:
Minimum:
- Self-starter with a bias toward action; able to take general direction and strategy and run with it
- Advanced knowledge of Prosci’s offerings, business model and operating procedures
- Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with different roles, levels and styles across the organization
- Proven ability to mine, synthesize, track, and make recommendations surrounding large amounts of disparate data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong skill in prioritizing multiple or competing tasks and working through ambiguity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced mastery of MS Office Suite
- Superuser Salesforce.com skills

Additional Information
Travel Requirements: This role requires 2-5% travel anticipated.
Work Location: Hybrid/Remote
Base Compensation: $53,600 to $67,000 is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. You may also be eligible to receive bonus and benefits.
