About the Position

Proscia is in search of an experienced and strategic-minded Director of Business Applications to support our efforts in streamlining business operations, delivering exceptional customer experience and building a data-driven organization. This role will focus on optimizing our customer experience process and toolset, with a strong emphasis on administering systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce CRM, project management software, and miscellaneous internal systems. The role will also use these systems and others to provide data driven operational insights for our business units including finance. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in leveraging data to drive improvements in customer satisfaction. Join us in shaping the future of our organization!


Responsibilities: What You’ll Do


  • Zendesk Administration:
    • Lead the administration and configuration of Zendesk to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
    • Implement best practices for ticket management, workflows, automation, and reporting within Zendesk.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize Zendesk according to evolving business needs and customer requirements.
  • Project Management Software:
    • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of our project management software to coordinate and track Professional Services initiatives, tasks, and projects.
    • Establish reporting guidelines and standards for project management practices within the Customer Experience Organization.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Leverage data analytics tools and techniques to extract insights from Customer Experience and Product data.
    • Work towards breaking data silos within the organization for wider visibility of data housed within customer experience, sales and finance departments.
    • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs related to customer success operations.
  • Internal Business Systems Lead:
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on internal systems such as Salesforce.
    • Provide support to team members on utilizing Salesforce and other internal data analytics support if necessary.


What we’re seeking:


  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on business application operations and system administration.
  • Extensive experience administering Zendesk, product data analytics, and project management software.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce administration and customization.
  • Willingness and appetite for learning administrative functions in new systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, including data manipulation, visualization, and interpretation.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
