45-hour work week, 5 of those hours overtime each week.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors.
- Maintaining a high level of visibility and customer service.
- Managing security visitor badging system and issuing temporary security badges.
- Handling queries via phone, email, and general correspondence.
- Transferring calls as necessary.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time.
- Alert employee hosts that their guests have arrived so they can be escorted onto the floors by host employee.
- Additional job duties as assigned.
Experience
- Customer Service experience.
- Computer skills (word/excel)
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Great communications skills both written and verbal.
- Great at multitasking
