Job Posting for Receptionist at Prospect Veterinary Clinic
Prospect Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Full Time Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant.
Duties include greeting clients/pets, answering phone, scheduling appointments, filing, collecting payments, clerical work, and assisting the doctor during exams.
Must love/be comfortable around animals, have good people skills, a multi-tasker, organized and self motivated, articulate with good communication skills, able to follow protocols.
Previous experience at a veterinary hospital is required.
Customer service experience is required.
Willing to train the right person.
Required to work rotating weekends.
Pay based off of experience.
