Information Technology Business Systems Coordinator

The Business Systems Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of hardware, software, and network elements of ProTech’s business systems, in concert and cooperation with suppliers, and contracted professional services when external input/expertise is required.

• Oversee the purchase, configuration, organization, distribution, and maintenance of IT hardware for the employee base and server/storage needs.

• Continuously gain expertise in key software platforms – ERP, Quality System, HR platform(s), etc. – in order to contribute to continuous improvement activities.

• Manage contracted network, IT, telephony, internet, and software services, and support executive staff through contract renewal cycle decisions.

• Manage temporary contractor network, IT, telephony, internet, or software services for those projects requiring outside expertise.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of IT support experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills needed in coordinating with internal and external coworkers.
• General knowledge of common practice network security protocols a plus.
• Aptitude for software system management and configuration a plus.
• Willingness to research and attend training to enhance expertise in these areas a must.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize projects of moderate complexity.
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
