Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our production team. Your expertise in various fabrication techniques and equipment will be crucial in ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise a team of fabricators and welders
- Assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow throughout the shop
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide fabrication processes
- Utilize various fabrication techniques, including stick welding, plasma cutting, and press brake machine operation
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications
- Assemble fabricated components into finished products
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of shop equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines
- Train new employees on fabrication techniques and safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shop Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in stick welding, plasma cutting, and press brake machine operation
- Familiarity with FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong knowledge of ductwork fabrication and pipe threading
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
